take a cup or so of frozen or fresh blueberries add about a quarter to half cup of sugar and a tad of water and

Boil it on the stove for a while. You can add a little cornstarch to thicken it if you want, but not too much. Once this mess is boiled up put it in the fridge or freezer to cool it down, you will be putting this in your frozen yogurt eventually

Take about 32 ounces of PLAIN greek yogurt.

Add about 3/4 cup sugar and a cup or two of milk

A teaspoon of vanilla

and stir it up.

Put this mixture in your icecream freezer and let let it turn into a lovely frozen mix.

Now layer your frozen yogurt the blueberry mix in a freezer safe container and let freeze for about two hours to firm.

Yum, this stuff ends up tasting a little like blueberry cheese cake. Silly me, I didn’t take a photo of the finished scooped out frozen yogurt but I think you get the idea. 🙂
